Bèru
VERMENTINO DI GALLURA DOCG SUPERIORE
This wine embodies the drive for experimentation that characterises the company throughout.
Our challenge was to prove that Vermentino is a “versatile” variety.
Despite being subjected to a wide range of processes, it always maintains its identity and its refined organoleptic characteristics, which have led it to be famed and appreciated the world over.
We have therefore chosen to dedicate an area of the winery to barrel ageing.

Bèru Limited Edition 2022. Extremely captivating and complex on the nose, it shows notes of bergamot, grapefruit, boxwood, verbena, lemongrass and flint. Wild fennel and peppermint describe the secondary scene of serious layering. Full body, dynamic structure of solid presence on the palate and a finish of excellent progression. Better since 2025.

Wine ingredients
Vermentino
Vermentino is the most famous and acclaimed white grape variety in Sardinia.
Its relatively late maturing contributes to its full-bodied structure.
The final product is an exceptionally intense straw-yellow colour, with slight hints of green.
It has a slightly bitter, mineral flavour, with an accentuated floral bouquet.
