In gallurese “novità”. Il moscato passito che sfida le attese. Dolce sì, ma dall’anima identitaria. Dai pendii della costa nord, dove il vento spira incessante dal mare vicino, arrivano i grappoli appassiti naturalmente. Vendemmia manuale e lunghissima fermentazione in acciaio per preservare le durezze. Fresco, minerale, mai stucchevole. Un passito pulito e di grande equilibrio.

Giallo dorato luminoso. Il naso è un trionfo di frutta matura, albicocca, maracuja, scorza d'arancia candita. Sorso avvolgente e delicato. Setoso, vellutato. Le durezze spiccano tra una dolcezza che non è mai “di troppo”. Pulito, persistente. Perfetto anche da meditazione.
