The color

One of the most immediately recognizable aspects of classic Cannonau is its intense ruby ​​red color. In the Cannonau di Sardegna panorama, the wines Èrema, Fòla, and Nudo di Siddùra, born in the heart of Gallura, represent three distinct interpretations of the grape variety, each with its own organoleptic characteristics.

Èrema : a youthful and lively Cannonau, characterized by a surprising freshness. On the nose, Èrema releases intense aromas of fresh red fruit, such as cherries and raspberries, with light spicy notes. On the palate, it is a lean and easy-drinking wine, with soft tannins and a fruity, fresh finish. Èrema is perfect for those seeking an immediate and versatile Cannonau, capable of elegantly accompanying everyday meals.

Fòla: A more structured and complex Cannonau, designed for those who appreciate wines that evolve over time.
