Vermentino is Sardinia's most famous and acclaimed white grape variety. Its relatively late ripening contributes to its full-bodied structure. The final product is an exceptionally intense straw yellow color with light greenish nuances. The flavor is slightly bitter and mineral with a pronounced fruity bouquet.
