Shipping within Italy

We ship throughout Italy by express courier, with delivery within 24–48 working hours of handover to the courier. Shipping is free for orders of €149 or more; for smaller orders it costs €9.

International shipping

We ship to all European Union countries and to many countries outside the EU. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the number of bottles purchased and the destination country, and are always shown before you confirm your order. Indicative delivery times are shown next to each shipping option.

European Union. Shipping costs include VAT and all destination charges: nothing more is due on delivery.

Non-EU countries. Customs duties, import taxes and any local charges are not included in the product prices or in the shipping costs. They are payable by the recipient upon delivery.

United States. At checkout you can choose between Standard and Express shipping.

Special cases

Some destinations, including certain islands and territories, and orders of more than 60 bottles cannot be purchased online: please contact our Customer Service for a quote. Shipments to islands that cannot be separated from their country (for example Corsica and the Greek and Croatian islands) may be subject to a surcharge, which we will let you know before shipping.

If delivery fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address, because the recipient cannot be reached or because the shipment is refused, the cost of returning the goods and of any new shipment is borne by the customer.

Packaging and tracking

Bottles travel in reinforced packaging certified for shipping wine. When your order ships, you will receive an email with a link to track the delivery.
