Booking Terms and Conditions
Bookings for services, tours, or tastings offered by Siddùra and listed on this website require payment as specified in the selected type of visit or tasting.
To confirm the reservation, 100% of the cost must be paid through the payment systems indicated at the time of booking.
In case of cancellation outside the allowed terms, Siddùra is entitled to retain the full amount paid.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
Reservations are managed through the booking platform, with confirmation of payment sent to the email address of the service provider, Società Agricola Siddùra Snc.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to: customerservice@siddura.com
Siddùra reserves the right to apply the following cancellation policy:
free cancellation within 5 days from the booking date;
in case of cancellation after 5 days from the booking date, or in case of no-show, Siddùra will retain 100% of the total booking amount.
Visits and tastings include only the services specified during the booking process.
