In Gallura dialect, " novelty ." A Moscato passito that defies expectations. Sweet, yes, but with a distinctive soul. From the slopes of the northern coast, where the wind blows incessantly from the nearby sea, come the naturally dried grapes. Manual harvest and very long fermentation in stainless steel to preserve the grape's aromas. Fresh, mineral, never cloying. A clean and beautifully balanced passito.
