Intense, almost impenetrable red. The nose is rich and complex. Ripe red fruits, blackberry jam, spices, and tobacco. On the palate, it is full and velvety, extremely elegant. The tannins are soft and smooth, the body structured. The finish is consistent, decisive, and persistent.
